Marie Claire is an international, high-end fashion title. The brand aims at the woman who is interested in other women’s lives, but who also wants to be informed about the latest beauty news. Who is open to new ideas and trends, but also to social developments.

Who loves nice things, but is also fond of going out and travelling. In Marie Claire she finds what she is looking for in all these areas: her own environment and the world beyond, emotions, information, lots of fashion and beauty, interior design and travel ideas. With its strong journalistic perspectives Marie Claire distinguishes itself from all other monthly magazines.

The editorial layout of the magazine (at least 132 editorial pages) has a clear sequence with many good options for placing advertisements, especially in the first half of the magazine (with many stylish pages of columns) and in the last section (with the fashion, beauty and lifestyle information columns). The fashion section is not interrupted by advertisements. This is an international agreement that applies to all editions of Marie Claire. Fashion and beauty are important components of the formula and account for a considerable part of the total editorial contents. The other major editorial mainstay is the human interest section. The interviews and reports in Marie Claire are just as important as its fashionable, inspiring and stylish appearance.
